摘要
冷轧连续退火炉是带材生产加工中的关键设备,需根据不同工艺匹配相应的控制温度与气氛,通过预热、加热、保温和冷却等工序使金属在炉内实现所需的热处理效果。炉辊作为炉内重要装置,一旦发生断轴故障,需经历降温、抽辊、更换、升温等一系列修复流程,处理难度大、恢复周期长、停机损失严重。通过对封闭式退火炉炉辊断轴原因分析,制定了炉辊设备全生命周期运维管理方案,并提出针对性改进措施,以避免同类事故再次发生,保障连续退火生产线高效稳定运行。
The cold rolling continuous annealing furnace is key equipment in strip production and processing.It requires matching corresponding control temperatures and atmospheres according to different processes,enabling the metal to achieve the required heat treatment effect inside the furnace through processes like preheating,heating,holding,and cooling.The furnace rollers are important devices within the furnace.Once a shaft breakage failure occurs,it necessitates a series of repair procedures including cooling down,roll extraction,replacement,and heating up,which are difficult to handle,have long recovery cycles,and cause severe downtime losses.Through the analysis of the causes of shaft breakage in enclosed annealing furnace rollers,a lifecycle operation and maintenance management plan for furnace roller equipment was formulated,and targeted improvement measures were proposed to avoid similar accidents from recurring and to ensure the efficient and stable operation of the continuous annealing production line.
