摘要
随着建筑行业数字化转型加速,传统成本控制模式面临信息孤岛、协同效率低等瓶颈,本文聚焦BIM与造价协同平台的集成应用,探讨其在数字化成本控制中的技术路径与实践价值。通过文献研究、案例分析与实证调研,构建了BIM造价协同平台技术架构,验证其在工程量自动统计、动态成本预测及多方协同中的有效性,并提出优化策略。研究表明,BIM造价协同平台技术可显著提升成本控制精度与项目全周期管理效率,为建筑业精细化成本管理提供理论支撑与实践范式。
With the acceleration of digital transformation in the construction industry,traditional cost control models are facing bottlenecks such as information silos and low collaborative efficiency.This article focuses on the integrated application of BIM and cost collaboration platform,and explores its technical path and practical value in digital cost control.Through literature review,case analysis,and empirical research,a BIM cost collaboration platform technology architecture was constructed to verify its effectiveness in automatic quantity statistics,dynamic cost prediction,and multi-party collaboration,and to propose optimization strategies.Research has shown that BIM cost collaboration platform technology can significantly improve cost control accuracy and project lifecycle management efficiency,providing theoretical support and practical paradigms for refined cost management in the construction industry.
