摘要
当前“一带一路”沿线国家建筑业市场发展潜力大、前景广,我国素有“基建狂魔”之称,在技术、经验、价格等多方面存在显著优势,在巨大市场吸引下和国内政策的有力支持下,一大批国内企业走出去,参与海外基础设施建设,进行国际工程承包。本文以马来西亚东海岸衔接铁道项目为研究重点,从项目特点、项目宏观环境分析(PEST分析)、施工注意事项等展开研究,旨在为国内建筑业企业“走出去”提供借鉴意义。
Currently,the construction market in countries along the"Belt and Road"boasts tremendous development potential and broad prospects.Known globally as the"infrastructure powerhouse",China holds distinct advantages in technology,experience,pricing and other aspects.Driven by the immense market appeal and strong support from domestic policies,a large number of domestic enterprises have expanded overseas to participate in international infrastructure development and undertake international engineering contracting projects.This paper focuses on the East Coast Rail Link(ECRL)Project in Malaysia,conducting research from the perspectives of project characteristics,macro-environmental analysis(PEST analysis)and key construction considerations,aiming to provide valuable references for Chinese construction enterprises in their"going global"endeavors.
