摘要
沥青废料中加入泡沫沥青拌合后形成的混合料可用于二次铺设道路。泡沫沥青发生装置是生产泡沫沥青的专用设备,人机界面是泡沫沥青发生装置与用户交流的桥梁。以马斯洛理论及人机界面整体布局原则为理论依据,结合泡沫沥青发生装置的功能分析,设计了3种泡沫沥青发生装置人机界面方案。使用德尔菲法构建了相应的评价指标体系,并通过层次分析法计算出该评价体系各指标权重,在此基础上对3种泡沫沥青发生装置人机界面方案进行定量评分。结果表明:通过色彩搭配及面积对比突出人机界面中重要系统或频繁操作区域的方法,相对更易被用户接受。
The mixture formed by adding foamed asphalt into asphalt waste can be used for secondary road laying.The foamed asphalt generator is a special equipment for producing foamed asphalt,and the human-machine interface is the bridge between the foamed asphalt generator and the user.Based on Maslow’s theory and the principle of overall layout of human machine interface,and combined with the function analysis of foamed asphalt generator,three kinds of human machine interface schemes of foamed asphalt generator are designed.The corresponding evaluation index system is constructed by Delphi method,and the weights of each index are calculated by analytic hierarchy process.On this basis,the human-machine interface schemes of three kinds of foamed asphalt generator are quantitatively scored.The results show that the method of highlighting important systems or frequent operation areas in HMI by color matching and area comparison is relatively easy to be accepted by users.
