摘要
针对机械式压裂车组功率匹配技术所存在的优化算法求解质量差的问题,提出一种基于秘书鸟优化算法(SBOA)的机械式压裂车组功率匹配策略。首先,针对机械式压裂车的动力输出模型进行建模,对机械式压裂车的台上发动机、变速箱及压裂泵进行系统建模;然后,采用SBOA智能优化算法对压裂车组功率匹配进行优化,输出不同施工作业条件下的参数匹配效果;最后,分析了不同施工条件下的功率匹配策略的节能效果。结果表明,所提策略与现行策略相比节油率提升15.3%,具有较为明显的节油效果。
This paper proposes a mechanical fracturing vehicle power matching strategy based on the secretary bird optimization algorithm(SBOA)to address the problem of poor quality in solving optimization algorithms for mechanical fracturing vehicle power matching technology.Firstly,the power output model of the single fracturing vehicle is modeled,and the engine,gearbox,and fracturing pump of the mechanical fracturing vehicle are systematically modeled.Then,the SBOA intelligent algorithm is used to optimize the power matching of the fracturing vehicle group,outputting the parameter matching effect under different construction conditions.Finally,the energy-saving effect of the power matching strategy under different construction conditions is analyzed.The results indicate that the proposed strategy has a more significant fuel saving effect compared to traditional strategies.
