卫星单机自动化通用环试监控平台

摘要 为解决单机环境试验带来的值班任务重、人力消耗大等问题,设计基于B/S架构的卫星单机自动化通用环试监控平台。平台共包括两大部分:自动化控制系统与远程监控系统。控制系统以通用化、自动化、并行化为设计思路,实现多种类单机环境试验的自动化控制。通过该控制系统,可以极大地降低对人员的依赖程度,并且保证试验的准确性。开发基于B/S架构远程监控系统,该系统采用前后端分离的服务框架,搭建云服务器,支持多试验同时进行。操作人员可以随时使用Web浏览器实现远程试验过程监控。平台对多种类单机均具有适配性,在环境试验中可以极大提升开发和测试人员的工作效率,减少因试验带来的人力紧张问题,适用于卫星批产工作,已成功应用在吉林一号批产卫星单机环境试验中。 To solve the problems of heavy duty tasks and high labor consumption caused by single machine environmental testing,a satellite single machine automated universal environmental testing monitoring platform based on B/S architecture is designed.This platform consists of two major parts:an automatic control system and a remote monitoring system.The control system adopts the design concept of generalization,automation,and parallelization to achieve automatic control of multiple types of single machine environmental tests.Through this control system,the dependence on personnel can be greatly reduced and the accuracy of the experiment can be guaranteed.It develops a remote monitoring system based on B/S architecture,which adopts a front-end and back-end separated service framework,builds a cloud server,and supports multiple experiments simultaneously.Operators can use a web browser to remotely monitor the testing process at any time.This platform has adaptability to multiple types of single machines,which can greatly improve the work efficiency of development and testing personnel in environmental testing,reduce the manpower shortage caused by testing,and is suitable for satellite batch production work,successfully applied in the single machine environmental test of Jilin No.1 batch production satellite.
