随着数字经济的快速发展,零售业迎来以数据驱动为核心的新一轮变革。阐述新零售模式以消费者体验为中心,让零售行业从卖产品转向卖服务的运行机理。分析数字经济背景下零售超市发展存在的问题,包括零售超市线上数字化普及程度低,线下功能有待丰富,渠道资源分散。建议构建智能数据中台,深化数字技术应用,运用数字技术打造智慧化消费场景,加快推动数字化供应链协同,推进全渠道数字化融合。
With the rapid development of the digital economy,the retail industry is ushering in a new round of transformation centered around data-driven approaches.This article elaborates on the operational mechanism of the new retail model,which is centered on consumer experience and shifts the retail industry from selling products to selling services.It analyzes the issues facing the development of retail supermarkets in the context of the digital economy,including the low level of online digitalization penetration in retail supermarkets,the need to enrich offline functions,and the dispersion of channel resources.The following development strategies are proposed:building an intelligent data platform,deepening the application of digital technology,using digital technology to create smart consumption scenarios,accelerating the promotion of digital supply chain collaboration,and advancing the integration of digitalization across all channels.
