摘要
脱羧胺化反应作为构建C-N键、合成胺类化合物的一种高效合成策略,在有机合成领域具有不可替代的地位。依托催化技术革新,过渡金属催化、光催化、电催化、光电协同催化、无金属催化及有机催化等催化体系相继被开发,突破了传统方法的局限。鉴于此,本综述从催化方法的角度总结了脱羧胺化反应的最新实例。
As an efficient synthetic strategy for constructing C-N bonds and synthesizing amine compounds,the decarboxylative amination reaction holds an irreplaceable position in the field of organic synthesis.With the innovation of catalytic technology,six major systems including transition metal catalysis,photocatalysis,electrocatalysis,photoelectrochemical co-catalysis,metal-free catalysis,and organocatalysis have been developed,overcoming the limitations of traditional methods.In light of this,the present review compiles the latest examples of decarboxylative amination reactions,focusing on advances in catalytic methods.
