高铁场景下的人宠友好服务设计探索

摘要 针对携宠出行的现实矛盾与高铁开通宠物托运服务的现状,文章以构建人宠双向需求为目标,探讨高铁人宠友好服务设计。通过KANO模型与质量屋进行定量分析,结合宠物行为观察完成需求识别与行为特征解析,运用相关系数验证需求关联度,借助正创造设计法提出服务设计优化策略。以期建立人宠双向需求互馈机制,深入分析高铁场景中用户与宠物的需求矛盾与协同点,为“交通+情感”融合的可持续设计提供新思路。 In view of the practical contradiction of traveling with pets and the current situation of pet transportation services on high-speed railways,this article aims to build a two-way demand system for both people and pets,and explores the design of friendly services for people and pets on highspeed railways.Quantitative analysis was conducted through the KANO model and the Quality House,combined with the observation of pet behavior to complete the identification of demands and the analysis of behavioral characteristics.The correlation coefficient was used to verify the degree of demand correlation,and service design optimization strategies were proposed with the help of the positive creation design method.With the aim of establishing a two-way demand feedback mechanism between humans and pets,deeply analyzing the demand contradictions and synergy points between users and pets in the high-speed rail scenario,and providing new ideas for the sustainable design of the integration of"transportation+emotion".
