摘要
为应对汽车3.0时代车载产品因静态功能设计难以适应动态场景变化而产生的用户体验割裂问题,文章基于场景驱动理论,通过解析该理论在车载产品设计中的核心要素,归纳出用户场景、概念场景与真实场景三大理论模块;在此基础上,构建面向汽车3.0时代的车载产品场景驱动设计框架,以增强用户在移动生活空间中的体验连续性,优化车载产品设计流程。以期为未来更贴合移动生活场景、提升用户综合体验的车载产品设计提供理论参考与方法指导。
In response to the problem of user experience fragmentation caused by the inability of static functional design to adapt to dynamic scene changes in the automotive 3.0 era,this article is based on the scenario driven theory.By analyzing the core elements of this theory in automotive product design,three theoretical modules are summarized:user scenario,conceptual scenario,and real scenario;On this basis,a scenario driven design framework for in car products for the automotive 3.0 era is constructed to enhance the continuity of user experience in mobile living spaces and optimize the in car product design process.In order to provide theoretical reference and methodological guidance for the design of in car products that are more suitable for mobile life scenarios and enhance the overall user experience in the future.
