摘要
近年来,儿童滑板车安全事故频发,因此产品安全问题备受关注,研究运用人机工程学原理,探索滑板车的安全性设计方法。首先,运用归纳法对现有产品进行分类研究;其次,通过滑板车使用流程的关键动作分析出安全风险点,并提出安全性设计建议;再次,依据人机工程学原理,结合未成年人体尺寸数据,以及儿童的生理与运动特征,分析符合安全要求的人机尺寸,并明确主要功能组件的合理操作方式;最后,从主动安全、被动安全、间接安全、警示信息四个方面进行设计实践。以期为儿童滑板车设计提供参考,进而提高儿童使用滑板车的安全性。
In recent years,safety accidents involving children's scooters have occurred frequently,so product safety issues have received much attention.This research explores the safety design methods of scooters by applying the principles of ergonomics.First of all,conduct a classification study on the existing products by using the inductive method;Secondly,through the analysis of key actions in the usage process of the scooter,safety risk points are pointed out,and safety design suggestions are put forward.Secondly,based on the principles of ergonomics,combined with the body size data of minors and the physiological and motor characteristics of children,analyze the human-machine dimensions that meet safety requirements and clarify the reasonable operation methods of the main functional components.Finally,design practices are carried out from four aspects:active safety,passive safety,indirect safety,and warning information.In order to provide a reference for the design of children's scooters and thereby enhance the safety of children using scooters.
