摘要
为了妥善处理海水养殖淤泥,研究以海水养殖淤泥为原材料制备烧结砖的可行性。通过对海水养殖淤泥的颗粒级配、塑性指数、化学成分等测试和分析,确定烧结砖胚体的最佳制备方法、烧结工艺流程和烧结制度,并对烧成的砖进行抗压强度、泛霜试验和石灰爆裂等强度和耐久性能检测,以及放射性核素限量、溶出氯离子含量、总氮、总磷等潜在危害测试,确定用海水养殖淤泥制备的烧结砖基本符合标准要求。
In order to properly handle seawater aquaculture sludge,the feasibility of using seawater aquaculture sludge as raw material to prepare sintered bricks is studied.By testing and analyzing the particle size distribution,plasticity index,chemical composition,etc.of seawater aquaculture sludge,the optimal preparation method,sintering process,and sintering system for sintered brick blanks were determined.The fired bricks were tested for compressive strength,frost test,lime cracking strength and durability,as well as potential hazards such as radioactive nuclide limit,dissolved chloride ion content,total nitrogen,and total phosphorus.It was determined that the sintered bricks prepared from seawater aquaculture sludge basically met the standard requirements.
