摘要
基于2010—2022年中国30个省份的面板数据,运用熵权TOPSIS模型对能源安全水平进行测度与综合评价,利用双向固定效应模型实证分析低碳化倾向的产业结构对能源安全的影响。研究发现:在2010—2022年,中国整体能源安全处于预警层级,且呈现出能源安全水平逐步上升的趋势;东部、中部及西部地区在能源安全方面表现出明显的区域差异;产业低碳化倾向对能源安全水平的提升具有显著的促进作用;在产业低碳化进程中,激发企业绿色技术创新能够有效提升能源安全水平。
Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2010 to 2022,the entropy weight TOPSIS model was used to measure and comprehensively evaluate the level of energy security,and the bidirectional fixed effect model was used to empirically analyze the impact of low-carbonization industrial structure on energy security.The results show that from 2010 to 2022,China's overall energy security is at the warning level,and the level of energy security is gradually increasing.There are obvious regional differences in energy security in eastern and western regions.The tendency of industrial low carbonization plays a significant role in promoting the level of energy security.In the process of industrial low-carbon,stimulating enterprises'green technology innovation can effectively improve the level of energy security.
