摘要
青年“偶然社交”在社交发起、社交互动、社交关系、社交对象等方面呈现出独特映像,体现出触发机制“随机无预”、交流方式“简捷随性”、联结状态“随遇而散”、意义生成“互信互构”的特征。该范式的兴起,是个体、社会、文化、空间共同作用的结果,有赖于深度社交疲惫后的“自然逃逸”、流动生存场景中的“情境催生”、非功利交往理念的“悄然浸润”、移动公共场域内的“客观赋能”。科学引导青年“偶然社交”范式,要不断深化自我认知,培育“积极社交”的基础素养;强化社会支持,回应“健康社交”的现实需求;明确行为边界,培育“理性社交”的行动自觉;营造良好闭环,塑造“善意社交”的社会生态,筑牢新时代党的青年工作高质量发展的根基。
The youths'"accidental socialization"represents a unique paradigm of socialization initiation,social interaction,social relationships,and socialization targets,etc.,reflecting the characteristics of a"random and unpredictable"triggering mechanism,a"simple and casual"communication method,an"ephemeral"connection state,and a meaning generation from"mutual trust and development".The emergence of this paradigm results from the joint action of individuals,society,culture,and space,relying on the"natural escape"from tiring socialization,the"situational incubation"in fluid living scenarios,the"subtle infiltration"of non-utilitarian socialization ideals,and the"objective empowerment"in mobile public spaces.To scientifically guide the youths'"chance socialization"paradigm,it is essential to continuously deepen self-awareness and cultivate basic literacy of"positive socialization",to enforce social support and respond to actual"healthy socialization"needs,to clarify behavioral boundaries and cultivate awareness of"wise socialization"acts,to create a sound closed loop and develop a social ecology of"benign socialization",in order to lay a solid foundation for the quality development of the Party's youth work in the new era.
