摘要
在国家绿色发展战略与建筑行业周期性下行的背景下,BIM技术已成为提升建筑工程质量与效率、实现绿色可持续发展的重要技术支撑。基于深化设计阶段的合同管理需求,结合风险指标及RM风险象限表,提出一套科学、可操作的建筑工程合同风险识别与管理方法。通过背景案例调研及专家评分,界定风险概率等级与损失等级,完成风险象限划分,明确关键风险点及应对措施。结果表明,该方法可有效提升BIM应用下合同风险管理的系统性与前瞻性。研究为BIM技术在建筑工程合同管理中的应用拓展提供了实践路径与方法参考。
Under the national green development strategy and cyclical downturn of the construction in⁃dustry,BIM technology has become a key tool for improving project quality,efficiency,and sustain⁃ability.This study proposes a practical contract risk identification and management method,combined with risk indicators and an RM risk quadrant matrix.Through case analysis and expert evaluation,risk probability and consequence levels are defined,and key risks are identified.The results show that this approach enhances the systematization and foresight of contract risk management in BIM applications,offering practical guidance for industry implementation.
