摘要
本研究旨在对北细辛和防风药材的禁用农药残留标准开展系统研究,为细辛和防风的安全性评价和限量标准的制定提供依据。收集来自吉林和辽宁两个产地的北细辛药材33批及全国各产地的防风药材34批,药材前处理方法、检测方法均参照《中国药典》(2020版)第四部通则并适当修改,采用GC-QQQ-MS对禁用农药进行定性、定量检测。经检测,两种药材所有批次的禁用农药含量均低于《中国药典》(2020版)第四部的规定,均未超标。该方法选择性高、精准度强,可用于北细辛、防风药材禁用农药标准的制定,可为其质量控制、资源开发等方面提供参考。
A systematic study was carried out on the standards of prohibited pesticide residues in Asarum heterotropoides and Saposhnikovia divaricata,so as to provide a basis for the safety evaluation and the formulation of limit standards for Asarum heterotropoides and Saposhnikovia divaricata.33 batches of Asarumheterotropoides medicinal materials from Jilin and Liaoning and 34 batches of Saposhnikovia divaricata medicinal materials from various production areas in China were collected,and the pretreatment methods and detection methods of medicinal materials were modified with reference to the general principles of Part IV of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 Edition),and the qualitative and quantitative detection of prohibited pesticides was carried out by GC-QQQ-MS.After testing,the content of prohibited pesticides in all batches of the two medicinal materials was lower than the provisions of Part IV of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 Edition),and none of them exceeded the standard.This method has high selectivity and strong precision,and can be used for the formulation of prohibited pesticide standards for Asarum heterotropoides and Saposhnikovia divaricata medicinal materials,and can provide reference for its quality control and resource development.
