摘要
喷涂防污涂层可以提升直升机柔性梁的防腐蚀、防侵蚀、避免生物附着等能力,但喷涂涂层对柔性梁刚度的影响难以预测。基于此,本文以直升机柔性梁为试验对象,将5件柔性梁喷涂5种不同材料的防污涂层,重点分析涂层材料、试验方法、试验结果,通过对比柔性梁喷涂防污涂层前后的刚度测量结果,分析防污涂层对柔性梁刚度的影响,旨在为相关企业和技术人员提供理论参考和实践借鉴。
Spraying anti fouling coatings can enhance the corrosion resistance,erosion prevention,and avoidance of biological attachment of helicopter flexible beams,but the impact of spraying coatings on the stiffness of flexible beams is difficult to predict.Based on this,this article takes the flexible beam of a helicopter as the experimental object,and sprays 5 different materials of anti fouling coatings on 5 flexible beams.The focus is on analyzing the coating materials,test methods,and test results.By comparing the stiffness measurement results before and after spraying the anti fouling coating on the flexible beam,the influence of the anti fouling coating on the stiffness of the flexible beam is analyzed,aiming to provide effective reference for relevant personnel.
