摘要
以某高速公路上面层养护项目为研究背景,围绕SMA-13沥青混合料在该养护工程中的应用展开研究。从原材料选用、混合料配合比设计及现场施工工艺管控等核心环节切入,系统探讨SMA-13沥青混合料应用于高速公路上面层养护的施工质量控制要点与关键技术。研究结果表明,SMA-13沥青混合料的路用性完全契合高速公路上面层承受重载交通的实际使用需求。
Taking the maintenance project of the upper layer of a certain expressway as the research background,this study focuses on the application of SMA-13 asphalt mixture in this maintenance project.Starting from the core links such as the design of mixture mix ratio and on-site construction process control,an in-depth discussion was conducted on the key points and technologies of construction quality control for the application of SMA-13 asphalt mixture in the maintenance of the upper layer of expressways.The research results show that the road performance of SMA-13 asphalt mixture fully meets the actual usage requirements of the upper layer of expressways to bear heavy traffic.
