燃爆品生产工房防殉爆单元隔爆性能仿真研究

Simulation Study on the Explosion Isolation Performance of Anti-Deflagration Units in Explosive Production Workshops

摘要 基于国外弹药注药工房防殉爆单元结构特性及布局形式,借助有限元软件LS-DYNA开展防殉爆单元隔爆性能数值仿真研究。该工房防殉爆单元内800 kg级TNT爆炸时,相邻单元冲击波峰值超压低于0.10 MPa,人员致死超压区域(>0.07 MPa)占建筑总面积3.0%,受中等伤害超压区域(0.03~0.07 MPa)占比29.6%,轻伤区域(0.015~0.03 MPa)占比67.4%;该工房布局和墙体结构可显著降低人员受伤害程度、相邻房间内设备受损程度和失效概率;隔墙发生部分结构变形、内部填充物泄漏,未出现显著破坏情况。 This paper conducts a numerical simulation study on the explosion isolation performance of anti-sympathetic detonation units using the finite element software LS-DYNA,based on the structural characteristics and layout forms of foreign ammunition charging workshop anti-sympathetic detonation units.Under the layout of this workshop,when an 800 kg TNT explosion occurs,the peak overpressure of the shock wave in adjacent units is lower than 0.10 MPa;the area with overpressure causing fatal injuries to personnel(>0.07 MPa)accounts for 3.0%of the floor area of the building;the area with overpressure causing moderate injuries(0.03~0.07 MPa)accounts for 29.6%;and the area with overpressure causing minor injuries(0.015~0.03 MPa)accounts for 67.4%.The workshop layout and wall structure can significantly reduce the degree of personnel injury,the damage degree of equipment in adjacent rooms,and the failure probability.The partition walls have partial structural deformation and leakage of internal fillers,but no significant damage occurs.This study can provide certain references for the optimal design of explosion isolation structures and layouts in explosive material production workshops,and help reduce losses caused by explosion accidents.
