接触网中心锚结与张力补偿装置异常检测与整治技术研究

摘要 聚焦电气化铁路接触网中心锚结与张力补偿装置,研究综合运用人工巡视、深度学习图像识别、车载移动检测及张力传感器监测等多源手段,实现异常的精准识别。针对卡滞、偏磨、张力失衡及制动失效等典型故障,提出了结构优化、材质升级与工艺改进等具体整治措施。旨在通过融合智能检测与主动维护提升弓网运行稳定性与供电可靠性,推动接触网运维向智能化、预防性方向发展。 This paper focuses on the center anchor and tension compensation device in electrified railway catenary systems.It studies the comprehensive application of multiple means such as manual inspection,deep learning image recognition,mobile detection on vehicles,and tension sensor monitoring to achieve precise identification of abnormalities.For typical faults such as jamming,uneven wear,tension imbalance,and braking failure,specific rectification measures such as structural optimization,material upgrading,and process improvement are proposed.The aim is to enhance the stability of pantograph-catenary operation and power supply reliability,and promote the development of catenary operation and maintenance towards intelligence and prevention by integrating intelligent detection and proactive maintenance.
