建筑设计行业在市场竞争加剧的背景下,方案投标阶段面临时间压缩、成本高企、知识断层等痛点。论文提出“工具整合+场景适配”的轻量化AI应用框架,整合ChatGPT、Stable Diffusion等成熟工具构建自动化工作流,覆盖标书解析、知识检索、概念生成等十大关键环节,为行业提供一条低门槛、高效益的AI转型路径。
In the context of intensified market competition,the architectural-design sector faces pain points during the bidding phase—compressed timelines,soaring costs,and knowledge gaps.This study proposes a lightweight AI framework of“tool integration+scenario adaptation,”stitching proven tools such as ChatGPT and Stable Diffusion into an automated workflow that spans ten critical stages—from bid-document parsing and knowledge retrieval to concept generation—offering the industry a low-threshold,high-return path to AI transformation.
