新型下凹式双层正交索网结构设计与分析

摘要 提出一种新型配重平衡式双层正交索网结构体系,由边缘钢框架、双层双向正交索网以及中心环梁构成,适用于正方形的大跨度无柱空间的下凹式屋面建筑。该结构体系由方形边缘钢框架组成刚性约束,双层索网通过拓扑分析确定其主力流方向为对角线方向,采用配重式方案形成平衡形态。施工时使用整体张拉的方式一次成型,为了保证索网结构的初始态几何的精确性,提出了一种新型的精准逆找形方法。该体系完美实现建筑效果,结构性能通过验证满足规范要求,可实施性较高。 A novel counterweight-balanced double-layer orthogonal cable-net structure system is proposed herein,which consists of edge steel frames,a double-layer bidirectional orthogonal cable net,and a central ring beam.This system is particularly suitable for concave roof buildings with large-span column-free square spaces.In this structural system,the square edge steel frames provide rigid constraints.Through topological analysis,the main force flow direction of the double-layer cable net is determined to be along the diagonal direction.The counterweight scheme is employed to achieve a balanced structural configuration.During construction,integral tension is adopted to conduct one-step forming of the structure.To ensure the geometric accuracy of the cable-net structure in its initial state,a novel precision inverse shape-finding method is proposed.This structural system perfectly realizes the architectural effect required by the design.Mechanical performance verification demonstrates that the structure meets the requirements of relevant codes and exhibits high feasibility in engineering practice.It can provide technical reference for the design and construction of similar roof structures.
