摘要
乳化炸药是工业炸药的主要品种,在生产过程中不可避免会产生一定比例的不合格品,其安全处理和资源化利用对于保障生产安全、提高经济效益至关重要。基于此,本文分析乳化炸药不合格品产生的原材料和生产工艺因素,探讨物理处理技术、化学处理技术以及综合处理工艺,从安全风险识别与评估、安全管理制度建设以及安全操作规范执行等方面探索建立完善的安全管理体系,旨在有效降低企业生产成本和环境风险。
Emulsion explosives as the main variety of industrial explosives,it is inevitable that a certain proportion of non-conforming products will be produced during the production process,its safe handling and resource utilization are of great significance for ensuring production safety and improving economic efficiency.This article analyzes the raw materials and production process factors that contribute to the production of substandard emulsion explosives,explored physical treatment technology,chemical treatment technology,and comprehensive treatment process,and proposed a comprehensive safety management system from the aspects of safety risk identification and assessment,construction of safety management system,and implementation of safety operation norms,in order to effectively reduce production costs and environmental risks for enterprises.
