科技赋能地勘单位转型升级的核心路径研究

摘要 当前,我国地质勘查行业面临资源环境约束加剧、传统勘查模式效能不足等挑战,地勘单位转型升级成为适配国家战略需求、实现高质量发展的必然选择,而科技赋能是破解转型瓶颈的关键支撑。基于此,本文聚焦地勘单位转型升级中的科技工作,从理念革新、技术攻坚、人才培育、制度保障、文化引领及政策协同六个维度,提出强化全员科技认知、构建数智技术体系、打造复合型人才梯队等具体路径,旨在通过多举措形成合力,释放科技效能,提升地勘工作质量与效益,为国家及地方经济社会发展提供优质服务。 Currently,China's geological exploration industry is facing challenges such as intensified resource and environmental constraints,and insufficient effectiveness of traditional exploration models.The transformation and upgrading of geological exploration units has become an inevitable choice to meet national strategic needs and achieve high-quality development.Technological empowerment is the key support to break through the bottleneck of transformation.Based on this,this article focuses on the scientific and technological work in the transformation and upgrading of geological exploration units.From six dimensions:conceptual innovation,technological breakthroughs,talent cultivation,institutional guarantees,cultural guidance,and policy coordination,specific paths are proposed to strengthen the scientific and technological awareness of all employees,build a digital and intelligent technology system,and create a composite talent pool.The aim is to form a joint force through multiple measures,release the efficiency of science and technology as the primary productive force,improve the quality and efficiency of geological exploration work,and provide high-quality services for national and local economic and social development.
