新能源风电工程项目吊装施工技术要点研究

摘要 随着新能源产业的快速发展,风电项目逐渐向地形复杂的高山地带延伸,此类区域的吊装施工技术难度与安全风险系数较高。本文以高山地带某风力发电项目为研究对象,结合项目地形崎岖、道路受限、降水集中等实际工况,分析新能源风电工程项目吊装施工的主要特点,系统阐述施工面土建面向安装交接、塔架吊装、塔筒吊装、机舱吊装、发电机吊装及叶轮吊装等关键环节的技术要点,旨在为同类高山风电工程项目的吊装施工提供技术参考。 With the rapid development of the new energy industry,wind power projects are gradually extending to high-altitude areas with complex terrain.The technical difficulty and safety risk coefficient of hoisting construction in such areas are relatively high.This article takes a wind power project in a high-altitude area as the research object,and combines the actual working conditions such as rugged terrain,limited roads,and concentrated precipitation to analyze the main characteristics of the hoisting construction of new energy wind power engineering projects.It systematically expounds the technical points of key links such as construction surface soil safety,tower hoisting,tower tube hoisting,engine room hoisting,generator hoisting,and impeller hoisting,aiming to provide technical reference for the hoisting construction of similar high-altitude wind power engineering projects.
