摘要
飞机异型复合材料构件具备高比强度、高比刚度及良好可设计性等优势,广泛应用于航空航天领域,其结构完整性与服役安全性直接影响飞机飞行安全。无损检测技术作为保障该类构件质量的关键手段,可在不损伤构件性能的前提下实现缺陷的精准识别与评估。本文系统梳理目视和敲击检测法、超声无损检测技术、X射线CT成像检测技术、红外热成像无损检测技术及太赫兹成像无损检测技术在飞机异型复合材料构件中的应用,旨在为飞机异型复合材料构件无损检测方案的优化选择与技术升级提供理论参考与实践指导。
Aircraft special-shaped composite components possess advantages such as high specific strength,high specific stiffness,and good designability,and are widely used in the aerospace industry.The structural integrity and service safety directly affect aircraft flight safety.Non-destructive testing(NDT)technology,as a key means to ensure the quality of such components,can achieve accurate identification and evaluation of defects without compromising component performance.This paper systematically reviews the applications of visual and percussion inspection methods,ultrasonic NDT technology,X-ray computed tomography(CT)imaging technology,infrared thermal imaging NDT technology,and terahertz imaging NDT technology in aircraft special-shaped composite components.The aim is to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for the optimal selection and technological upgrading of NDT schemes for aircraft special-shaped composite components.
