基于动态稀释系统的FGS气体传感器高精度校准方法研究

摘要 FGS气体传感器在环境监测中对检测精度要求极高,动态稀释系统具备实现多浓度点高精度气体配比的能力,具备良好的校准适配性。文章设计了基于质量流量控制的动态稀释系统,研究了气体稀释比控制策略与浓度稳定性调控机制,分析了FGS传感器在标准浓度下的校准响应特性及误差影响因素,开展了多点浓度下的高精度校准实验,并对校准后的传感器性能进行了误差评估。研究结果可为气体传感器量值溯源与校准技术提供技术支持,提升现场检测的准确性与一致性。 FGS gas sensors require high detection accuracy in environmental monitoring,and dynamic dilution systems possess the capability to generate multi-point high-precision gas concentrations,making them well-suited for calibration applications.This paper designs a dynamic dilution system based on mass flow control,investigates gas dilution ratio control strategies and concentration stability regulation mechanisms,analyzes the calibration response characteristics and error factors of FGS sensors under standard concentrations,conducts high-precision calibration experiments at multiple concentration levels,and evaluates the sensor performance after calibration.The results provide technical support for traceability and calibration of gas sensors,enhancing the accuracy and consistency of field detection.
