摘要
BGL煤气化仪表以适配加压熔渣气化高温高压、介质含尘冲刷腐蚀、工况波动敏感的特性为核心,聚焦煤锁、燃料气点火、蒸氧配比、气化反应、冷却水、渣锁全系统流程关键参数管控,是保障装置安全稳定、高效环保运行的核心支撑。文章结合煤化工企业现场实际工况,简述了仪表在煤气化的重要性,阶段性总结中煤图克BGL气化炉苛刻工况运行中仪表出现的瓶颈问题,对其进行了原因分析,并提出针对性的解决思路,以进一步提高仪表运行周期。
The BGL gasification instrument is designed to adapt to the characteristics of high temperature and high pressure,medium containing dust scouring corrosion,and sensitive process.It focuses on the key parameter management of the whole system process such as coal lock,fuel gas ignition,steam oxygen ratio,gasification reaction,cooling water,and slag.It is the core support to ensure the safe and stable,efficient and environmental operation of the unit.In this paper,the importance of the instrument in coal gasification is briefly in combination with the actual working conditions of coal chemical enterprises.The bottlenecks of the instrument in the operation of the BGL gasification furnace under harsh conditions are summarized,and reasons are analyzed.In order to further improve the operation cycle of the instrument,targeted solutions are proposed.
