摘要
煤炭灰分与挥发分作为衡量煤质的重要指标,其检测数据的有效整合与管理对提升煤炭质量控制水平具有实际意义。文章研究了不同检测来源的数据采集方式,分析了数据清洗、格式标准化及缺失与异常值处理方法,构建了多来源数据整合策略与样本一致性校验体系,提取了灰分与挥发分的统计特征,识别了数据分布规律与异常模式,探讨了基于数据特性的分析管理方法,研究结果可为煤炭企业构建高效稳定的数据分析与决策支持系统提供技术支撑。
Ash and volatile matter content are critical indicators for evaluating coal quality,and the effective integration and management of their detection data are essential for improving quality control in the coal industry.This paper investigates data acquisition methods from various detection sources,analyzes techniques for data cleaning,format standardization,and handling of missing and abnormal values,establishes strategies for multi-source data integration and sample consistency verif ication,extracts statistical features of ash and volatile content,identif ies distribution patterns and abnormal data,and explores data-driven management approaches.The findings provide technical support for coal enterprises in building efficient and reliable data analysis and decision-making systems.
