摘要
为推动福建省能源电力行业标准化高质量发展,文中基于福建省能源电力发展特点及标准化现状,参考标准体系构建相关原则与要求,研究提出福建省能源电力标准体系框架和子体系内容,同时从关键领域标准研制、推动能源电力标准化两岸融合发展、提升能源电力国际标准化水平等方面提出福建省能源电力标准化工作高质量发展的对策建议,为福建省能源电力行业标准化工作提供顶层设计和技术参考。
To promote the high-quality development of standardization in the energy and electric power industry in Fujian Province,this paper,referring to the principles and requirements for standard system construction,a framework of Fujian's energy and electric power standard system,along with the content of its sub-systems,is proposed based on the development characteristics and standardization status of the energy and electric power industry in Fujian Province.Meanwhile,countermeasures and suggestions for the high-quality development of energy and electric power standardization work in Fujian Province are put forward from aspects such as standard formulation in key fields,promoting integrated development of energy and electric power standardization across the Taiwan Strait,and enhancing the international standardization level,so as to provide top-level design and technical references for the standardization work in Fujian's energy and electric power industry.
