摘要
本文采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法连续测定铜矿石样品中砷、锑、铋、镉、钴、镍、铅、锌、镁及钙10种元素含量。实验数据表明:试样经HNO_(3)、HCl、HF、HClO4溶解,在稀硝酸介质中,方法检出限在0.000 2~0.009 9μg/mL,加标回收率为94.6%~103.4%,相对标准偏差(n=11)为0.27%~3.98%。该方法操作简便快捷,结果满足分析要求。
This paper describes the sequential determination of ten elements—arsenic,antimony,bismuth,cadmium,cobalt,nickel,lead,zinc,magnesium,and calcium—in copper ore samples using inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES).Experimental data show that after digesting the samples with HNO 3,HCl,HF,and HClO 4 in a dilute nitric acid medium,the method achieves detection limits ranging from 0.0002μg/mL to 0.0099μg/mL.The recovery rates of spiked samples are between 94.6%and 103.4%,and the relative standard deviations(n=11)range from 0.27%to 3.98%.This method is simple,rapid,and meets analytical requirements.
