摘要
目的 探究叙事护理在新生儿延续护理中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年1月—2024年1月在华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院新生儿科出生的158例新生儿及其家长作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法进行分组,将其分为对照组(n=79)与观察组(n=79)。对照组采用常规新生儿延续护理,观察组在常规新生儿延续护理的基础上实施叙事护理干预,比较两组新生儿的体格发育指标、智力发育指标、并发症发生率,以及家长应对方式评分。结果 出院1个月时,两组新生儿的体格发育指标、智力发育指标均较出院时有所改善,且观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组新生儿的并发症发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组新生儿家长的积极应对评分高于对照组,消极应对评分低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在新生儿延续护理中应用叙事护理干预,能够有效促进新生儿体格与智力发育、降低并发症发生率,并可以促使家长采取积极的应对方式。
Objective To investigate the effect of narrative nursing on the continuity of care for newborns.Methods A total of 158 newborns born in the department of neonatology,Tongji Hospital,Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology between January 2021 and January 2024,and their parents,were selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(n=79)and an observation group(n=79)using a random number table.The control group received routine continuity of care for newborns,while the observation group received additional narrative nursing interventions based on routine care.The physical development indicators,intellectual development indicators,incidence of complications,and parental coping style scores were compared between the two groups.Results One month after discharge,both groups showed improvements in physical and intellectual development indicators compared to discharge,with the observation group outperforming the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The positive coping scores of parents in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the negative coping scores were lower,and both differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of narrative nursing interventions in continuity of care for newborns can effectively promote physical and intellectual development,reduce the incidence of complications,and encourage parents to adopt positive coping strategies.
