摘要
非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者衰弱发生率较高,进而导致多种不良健康结局,如跌倒、感染、骨髓抑制、死亡率增加等。本文就非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者衰弱的现状、评估工具、影响因素和干预措施进行综述,旨在为临床早期识别衰弱和进行干预提供参考依据。
The incidence of frailty is relatively high in patients with non-Hodgkin lymphoma,leading to various adverse health outcomes such as falls,infections,bone marrow suppression,and increased mortality.This article reviews the current status,assessment tools,influencing factors,and intervention measures for frailty in patients with non-Hodgkin lymphoma,aiming to provide references for early clinical identification and intervention of frailty.
