摘要
急性伤口(如手术切口、烧伤伤口、创伤性伤口等)数量持续增多,其管理已成为临床实践中的重要挑战。伤口愈合评估是伤口管理的关键环节,不仅影响治疗方案的制定,也与患者预后密切相关。本文系统综述了国内外急性伤口愈合评估工具的研究进展,分析了各类工具的可靠性、有效性及适用范围。通过比较不同评估工具的优缺点,探讨其适用性与局限性,旨在为医护人员在多样化急性伤口管理中提供科学的选择依据,从而优化伤口管理策略,提升伤口愈合效果,改善患者预后。
The incidence of acute wounds(such as surgical incisions,burn wounds,traumatic wounds,etc.)continues to rise,making their management a significant challenge in clinical practice.Wound healing assessment is a critical component of wound management,not only influencing treatment planning but also closely related to patient prognosis.This article systematically reviews the research progress of acute wound healing assessment tools both domestically and internationally,analyzing the reliability,validity,and applicability of various tools.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different assessment tools,their applicability and limitations are discussed,aiming to provide healthcare professionals with scientific selection criteria for the management of diverse acute wounds.This will help optimize wound management strategies,enhance wound healing outcomes,and improve patient prognosis.
