摘要
在医疗改革的背景下,ICU护士作为重症患者护理服务的提供者,长期处于变革的情境中,容易产生变革疲劳。本文主要对ICU护士变革疲劳的评估工具、影响因素、负面影响及缓解措施进行综述,旨在为护理管理者精准识别ICU护士的变革疲劳状况、科学优化变革策略,从而更高效地管理护理团队、保障服务质量提供参考。
In the context of healthcare reform,ICU nurses,as providers of critical care services,have long been situated in an environment of continuous change,making them susceptible to change fatigue.This article provides a comprehensive review of the assessment tools,influencing factors,negative impacts,and mitigation measures related to change fatigue among ICU nurses.The aim is to offer insights for nursing administrators to accurately identify the state of change fatigue among ICU nurses,scientifically optimize change strategies,and thereby manage nursing teams more efficiently while ensuring the quality of care services.
