摘要
目的:调查多病共存老年人心理健康状况及影响因素,为多病共存老年人的心理健康管理提供依据。方法:采用便利抽样法,于2024年1月—4月选取山东省德州市、聊城市、泰安市城市和农村老年人作为调查对象,应用一般资料调查表、躯体疾病自我报告、简易精神状态评价量表、简版流调中心抑郁量表进行调查,通过t检验、方差分析和多重线性回归分析多病共存老年人心理健康状况的影响因素。结果:共发放问卷450份,筛选出多病共存老年人358例。多病共存老年人心理健康状况得分为(10.26±5.23)分。多重线性回归分析结果显示:自评身体状况一般(β=2.501,t=3.387)、自评身体状况差(β=5.405,t=5.723)、饮酒(β=-1.508,t=-2.399)、无入睡困难(β=-3.044,t=-3.896)、午睡时间为0.5 h(β=-3.702,t=-3.687)、午睡时间为1.0 h(β=-2.362,t=-3.936)对多病共存老年人心理健康的影响有统计学差异(P均<0.05)。结论:多病共存老年人存在心理健康问题,其心理健康状况受自评身体状况、饮酒状况、是否入睡困难、午睡时间的影响。后期可通过指导多病共存老年人适度饮酒、合理午睡等措施,保持其心理健康状况的稳定状态。
Objective:To investigate the mental health status and influencing factors of the elderly with multiple chronic conditions(MCCs),and provide a basis for mental health management in this population.Methods:A convenience sampling method was used to select elderly individuals from urban and rural areas of Dezhou,Liaocheng,and Tai'an cities in Shandong province from January to April 2024.General Information Questionnaires,Self-Report of Physical Illnesses,Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE),and a simplified version of the Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale-10(CES-D-10)were used for the survey.The influencing factors of mental health status in MCCs elderly individuals with MCCs were analyzed using t-tests,ANOVA,and multiple linear regression.Results:A total of 450 questionnaires were distributed,and 358 elderly individuals with MCCs were screened.The mental health status score of the elderly individuals with MCCs was(10.26±5.23).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the following factors had statistically significant differences in their impact on the mental health of elderly individuals with MCCs:self-reported good physical condition(β=2.501,t=3.387),self-reported poor physical condition(β=5.405,t=5.723),alcohol consumption(β=-1.508,t=—2.399),no difficulty falling asleep(β=—3.044,t=—3.896),nap duration of 0.5 h(β=—3.702,t=—3.687),and nap duration of 1.0 h(β=—2.362,t=—3.936)(all P<0.05).Conclusions:Elderly individuals with MCCs experience mental health problems,and their mental health is influenced by self-reported physical condition,alcohol consumption,difficult falling asleep,and nap duration.Future efforts can focus on guiding elderly individuals with MCCs to drink in moderation and take appropriate naps to maintain stable mental health.
