轻型预制钢网模剪力墙抗震性能试验研究

摘要 为研究“钢网模-卡扣”形式的轻型预制钢网模剪力墙结构的抗震性能,制作了1片传统木模剪力墙和2片轻型预制钢网模剪力墙,并进行了拟静力试验。通过试验得到了试件的破坏模式、力-位移曲线、承载力、变形能力和耗能。试验结果表明:轻型预制钢网模剪力墙的表观破坏模式为墙体底部混凝土压碎、钢网模断裂。轻型预制钢网模剪力墙的承载力与传统木模剪力墙相近,但具有更好的变形能力。通过力学分析揭示了“钢网模-卡扣”对剪力墙的约束机制及其对刚度和峰值承载力的影响,并进行参数分析探究了钢网模和卡扣对墙体约束的影响规律。结果表明,“钢网模-卡扣”可以为墙体提供附加约束,从而提高了混凝土强度提高系数。综合试验和计算结果,“钢网模-卡扣”提高了钢网模剪力墙的延性,但对屈服前刚度和峰值承载力的贡献不明显。 To investigate the seismic performance of light-duty precast steel mesh mold shear wall structure using“steel mesh mold-fastener”,a traditional wooden mold shear wall and two light-duty precast steel mesh mold shear walls were manufactured,and quasi-static cyclic tests were conducted.The damage pattern,force-displacement curve,bearing capacity,deformability and energy dissipation of the specimens were obtained through the tests.The test results show that the apparent damage pattern of light-duty precast steel mesh mold shear walls is concrete crushing and steel mesh mold fracture at wall bottom.The light-duty precast steel mesh mold shear walls show a similar bearing capacity to the traditional wooden mold shear wall,but have a better deformability.The confinement mechanism of the“steel mesh mold-fastener”on shear walls,as well as the effects on stiffness and peak bearing capacity were revealed through mechanical analysis,and the influencing law of the steel mesh mold and fastener on wall confinement was investigated by parametric analysis.The results show that the“steel mesh mold-fastener”can provide additional confinement for shear walls,thus increasing the concrete strengthening factor.Combing the experimental and calculation results,the“steel mesh mold-fastener”improves the ductility of the steel mesh mold shear walls,but its contribution to the pre-yielding stiffness and peak bearing capacity is not obvious.
