摘要
为筛选出用于铈污染土壤修复的潜在植物材料,通过沙培试验研究了不同铈浓度处理下猪殃殃(Galium aparine L.)对铈的积累特性。结果表明:随着营养液中铈浓度的增加,猪殃殃的株高、根长及生物量均呈先增加后降低的趋势,在铈浓度为15 mg/L时达峰值;而植株铈含量呈增加趋势,在铈浓度为120 mg/L时,其根系和地上部分的铈含量达最大值,分别为3052.06和482.87 mg/kg;猪殃殃根系和地上部分铈富集系数均大于1,转运系数均小于1,表明铈元素主要累积在其根系;根系和地上部分铈积累量最大值分别为30.61和47.94μg/株。这说明,猪殃殃对铈具有较好的耐性与富集能力,是一种潜在的铈富集植物,可作为冬春季节和冷凉气候区稀土元素铈污染土壤修复的潜在植物材料。
To screen out new potential cerium(Ce)-accumulating plants for contaminated soil remediation,a sand culture experiment was conducted to study the Ce accumulation characteristics of cleavers(Galium aparine L.)treated with Ce at different concentrations.The results showed that with the increase in Ce concentration in the nutrient solution,the plant height,root length,and biomass of cleavers showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,reaching the maximums when the Ce concentration was 15 mg/L.The Ce content in cleavers showed an increasing trend.When the Ce concentration in the nutrient solution was 120 mg/L,the Ce content in roots and shoots was 3052.06 and 482.87 mg/kg,respectively.The roots and shoots of cleavers showed the Ce bioconcentration factors greater than 1 and the translocation factors below 1,which indicated that Ce was mainly accumulated in the roots.The maximum Ce accumulation amounts in the roots and shoots were 30.61 and 47.94μg/plant,respectively.Therefore,cleavers was a potential Ceaccumulating plant and could be used as a potential phytoremediation material for Ce-contaminated soils in winter and spring and cool climate regions.
