摘要
目的:利用金花茶花的活性提取物制备一种具有抗氧化美白效果的面膜。方法:以金花茶花乙醇提取物为主要原料,以使用效果评分和总抗氧化能力为评价指标,通过正交试验,优化金花茶面膜精华液的配方。结果:最佳面膜精华液配方为甘油6.00%、金花茶提取浓缩液4.00%、银耳提取物0.20%、烟酰胺1.50%、黄原胶0.20%、EDTA二钠0.10%、1,4-丁二醇3.00%、氯化钾0.30%、氯化钠0.50%。其使用评分达90.00分,总抗氧化值为4.830000μmol·mL^(-1),酪氨酸酶抑制率为15.51%。该配方制备的面膜使用效果良好,具有较好的抗氧化活性和美白作用。
Objective:To develop an antioxidant and whitening facial mask using active extracts from Camellia nitidissima flowers.Methods:The Camellia chinensis ethanol extract was used as the primary ingredient,with evaluation metrics including user satisfaction scores and total antioxidant capacity.An orthogonal experimental design was employed to optimize the formulation of the mask essence.Results:The optimal formulation of the mask essence consisted of 6.00% glycerol,4.00% Camellia sinensis extract concentrate,0.20% Tremella fuciformis extract,1.50% niacinamide,0.20% xanthan gum,0.10% disodium EDTA,3.00% 1,4-butanediol,0.30% potassium chloride,and 0.50%sodium chloride.The user satisfaction score reached 90 points,with a total antioxidant value of 4.830000μmol·mL^(-1) and a tyrosinase inhibition rate of 15.51%.The mask prepared with this formulation demonstrated excellent usability,along with notable antioxidant and whitening effects.
