新技术在放射性废物焚烧处理领域应用前景的调研与分析 被引量:1

摘要 通过对生活垃圾焚烧、废气治理技术等相关民用领域近些年新技术新产品发展成果的调研与分析,认为可以用来优化和改进现有放射性废物焚烧处理技术。具体包括高温过滤技术、复合滤筒烟气治理技术、塑烧板滤芯除尘技术和金属材料涂层制备技术等方面,其中持续关注脱硫、脱硝和除尘一体化技术的研发,为未来放射性尾气治理工艺的优化改进奠定基础。同时,考虑使用塑烧板除尘器替代常规的袋式除尘技术,优化除尘过滤单元。此外,考虑根据具体设备的使用工况和腐蚀情况,对金属材料选择合适的涂层及其制备成型工艺。由于技术的通用性,借鉴相关民用领域技术成果,能够有效提升放射性废物焚烧处理技术的先进性,对于提高我国放射性废物治理水平,具有重要意义。 Through the investigation and analysis of new technologies and products in recent years in domestic waste incineration,waste gas treatment technology and other related civil fields,it is believed that it can be used to optimize and improve the existing radioactive waste incineration treatment technology.Specifically,it includes high temperature filtration technology,composite cartridge flue gas treatment technology,sintered plastic filter technology and metal material coating preparation technology,etc.Among them,we will continue to pay attention to the research and development of integrated technologies of desulfurization,denitrification and dust removal to lay the foundation for the optimization and improvement of future radioactive exhaust treatment processes.At the same time,consider the use of sintered plastic filter instead of the conventional bag dust removal technology,optimize the dust removal filter unit.In addition,consider selecting the appropriate coating and its preparation process for metal materials according to the working conditions and corrosion conditions of the specific equipment.Due to the versatility of the technology,learning from the technical achievements in the relevant civil field can effectively improve the advanced nature of radioactive waste incineration treatment technology,which is of great significance for improving the level of radioactive waste treatment in China.
