摘要
高职院校教师党支部是落实立德树人根本任务最具活力的坚强战斗堡垒,是打通落实立德树人根本任务“最后一公里”的关键力量之一。以北京工业职业技术学院人工智能党支部为例,从党建、课程育人、科研育人、实践育人、文化育人、组织育人等角度,分析教师党支部落实立德树人根本任务的实践路径,从而为落实立德树人根本任务的实施提供可复制的“德技并修”的培养路径。
Teachers'Party branches in higher vocational colleges serve as the most vibrant and robust bastions for implementing the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education.They are one of the key forces in bridging the"last kilometer"to its final implementation.Taking the AI Specialization Party Branch in Beijing Polytechnic College as an example,this research analyzes the practical pathways for teachers'Party branches to fulfill the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education from the perspectives of Party building,curriculum-based education,research-oriented education,practice-based education,culture-based education,and organizational education.The aim is to provide replicable training pathways that“integrate moral integrity with technical competence”to implement the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education.
