双肢薄壁高墩施工阶段单墩稳定性分析——以桩土相互作用的连续刚构桥为例

摘要 针对大跨度连续刚构桥双肢薄壁高墩稳定性问题,以某特大桥为工程实例,基于Midas/Civil软件,在考虑桩-土相互作用的基础上,建立主桥最高双肢薄壁墩(墩高126 m)三维有限元模型,并通过数值模拟对单墩稳定性进行分析。探讨了墩身材料强度、桩身长度、墩高、截面空心率和墩横截面尺寸等设计要素对连续刚构桥双肢薄壁墩单墩的线性稳定性影响。结果表明:在最高裸墩状态下,自重荷载和施工荷载对高墩稳定性起到控制作用,顺桥向和横桥向的风荷载对高墩稳定性的影响可忽略不计。此外,桥墩的高度、桩身长度和墩截面顺桥向宽度对高墩稳定性具有显著影响;相比之下,混凝土强度、墩身截面空心率和墩截面横桥向宽度对其稳定性的影响较小。因此,在高墩连续刚构桥设计中桥墩墩高设置在120 m左右,桥墩稳定性较好,不易发生失稳。 Aiming at the stability problem of double-limb thin-walled high piers of long-span continuous rigid frame bridges,taking a certain extra-large bridge as an engineering example,a three-dimensional finite element model of the highest double-limb thin-walled pier(126 m height)of the main bridge was established based on Midas/Civil software,considering pile-soil interaction,and the stability of a single pier was analyzed by numerical simulation.The influence of the design factors of pier material strength,pile length,pier height,section hollow ratio and pier cross section size on the linear stability of a single pier of continuous rigid frame bridge is discussed.The results show that the self-weight load and construction load control the stability of the high pier in the state of the highest bare pier,and the influence of wind load along and across the bridge on the stability of the high pier is negligible.In addition,the height of bridge pier,the length of pile and the bridge width of pier section have significant effects on the stability of high pier;In contrast,the influence of concrete strength,the hollow ratio of the pier section and the transverse width of the pier section on its stability is relatively small.Therefore,in the design of high-pier continuous rigid frame bridge,the height of the piers is set at around 120 m,which ensures better stability of the piers and makes them less prone to instability.
