某水电站主变冷却器控制策略优化研究

摘要 随着我国电网的快速发展,变压器的容量也在不断增加,对于枢纽变电站而言,变压器是电网的核心设备,其冷却系统能否正常工作直接关系到变压器的安全稳定运行及使用寿命.冷却系统的故障分为机械故障和电气故障,机械故障包括风扇电机和潜油泵本体的轴承绕组的损坏、风扇叶片的变形等;电气故障有电源消失、控制回路的元件损坏、接点接触不良、接触器线圈烧毁等.接触器长期通电运行,极易导致接触器线圈烧毁从而使控制回路短路,造成控制回路跳闸,这也是变压器冷却系统常见故障之一.当前某水电站主变压器冷却器存在冷却器逻辑简单、冬季长期运行时油温过低的情况,本文主要对此进行分析,并提出优化策略. With the rapid development of power grid in China,the capacity of transformers has been continuously increasing.For the hub substations,the transformer is the core equipment of power grid,and whether its cooling system operates normally or not is directly related to the safe and stable operation and the service life of the transformer.Cooling system failures can be categorized into the mechanical and electrical faults.Mechanical faults include the damage to the bearings or windings of the fan motor and oil-immersed pump body,as well as deformation of fan blades.The electrical faults include power loss,the damage to components in the control circuit,poor contact at connection points,and burned-out contactor coils.While a contactor is energized for long periods,its coil is prone to burning out,which can lead to a short circuit in the control circuit and cause the circuit to trip.It is one of the common failures in transformer cooling systems.Currently,the main transformer cooler at a certain hydropower station has a simple logic design,and the oil temperature becomes too low during long-term winter operation.The issue is mainly analyzed and the optimization strategies are proposed in this paper.
