口腔精密器械清洗消毒盒的改良及应用

The improvement and application of a cleaning and disinfection box for oral precision instruments

摘要 目的 针对口腔精密器械清洗存在的不足,对既往的清洗消毒工具盒进行改良,并探讨其应用后的清洗消毒效果。方法 采用便利抽样方法,选取2024年6—12月山西省晋中市某三级甲等中医院口腔科使用后的精密器械620件,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各310件。试验组采用研制的口腔精密器械清洗消毒盒,对照组采用普通塑制盒,并对两组目测清洗合格率、三磷酸腺苷生物荧光阳性率、残留蛋白阳性率、清洗耗时、护士使用满意度等评价指标进行比较。结果 试验组目测清洗合格率、三磷酸腺苷生物荧光测试阳性率、残留蛋白的检测合格率分别为98.06%、96.45%、96.77%均高于对照组94.84%、92.58%、92.70%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组器械清洗平均耗时(15.24±1.03)min低于对照组(22.54±3.57)min,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组口腔器械清洗消毒盒使用护士满意度得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在口腔精密器械清洗消毒时采用自制的清洗消毒盒可以提高清洗质量,降低院感发生率,并且能够降低器械的丢失率和护理人员操作过程中的职业暴露率,有效地提高清洗效率,使用人员对清洗消毒环节的满意度更高,值得后续临床进行推广。 Objective To address the shortcomings in the cleaning of precision oral instruments,the previously used cleaning and disinfection tool kit was improved,and its cleaning and disinfection effectiveness after application was investigated.Methods A total of 620 used precision instruments from the stomatology department of our hospital were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups with 310 pieces in each group.After use,they were uniformly collected,cleaned,and disinfected by the Central Sterile Supply Department(CSSD).The experimental group was cleaned and disinfected using the self-developed precision oral instrument cleaning and disinfection box,while the control group was processed using ordinary plastic boxes.The visual cleaning qualification rate,adenosine triphosphate(ATP)bioluminescence positive rate,residual protein positive rate,cleaning time consumption,and nurse user satisfaction were compared between the 2 groups.Results The visual cleaning qualification rate,the ATP bioluminescence test positive rate,the qualified rate for residual protein detection were 98.06%,96.45%and 96.77%,respectively in the experimental group,which were higher than 94.84%,92.58%and 92.7%in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The average cleaning time for instruments in the experimental group was(15.24±1.03)minutes,lower than(22.54±3.57)minutes in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The user satisfaction rate for the cleaning and disinfection box in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Using the self-made cleaning and disinfection box for precision oral instruments significantly improves cleaning quality,reduces the incidence of healthcare-associated infections,decreases instrument loss rates and occupational exposure rates among nursing staff during operation,effectively reduces cleaning time,and leads to higher user satisfaction with the cleaning and disinfection process.It is worthy of further clinical promotion.
