摘要
为应对既有边坡拓挖在高速公路改扩建项目中面临的复杂地质条件、施工与运营相互干扰、生态环境保护等多重挑战,本文以阳信高速水口南枢纽某匝道边坡拓挖工程为研究对象,基于模糊层次分析法对其施工危险性进行分段评价。通过层次分析法确定各风险因素权重,以此为基础构建涵盖地质条件、施工方法、施工环境和交通组织的多层级风险评价指标体系,并针对边坡拓挖过程开展影响因素的敏感性分析。结果表明:拓挖工程中A-C段危险性等级为三级,需采取加强措施;D-H段危险性为二级,可通过常规措施控制风险,权重值对危险度计算值的影响程度大于指标赋值,且权重值变动对高危险度等级段的敏感性更高。本文成果可为运营高速公路边坡拓挖工程的风险管理提供科学依据,也为同类工程的风险评估和施工优化提供实践参考。
In order to cope with the multiple challenges of complex geological conditions,mutual interference between construction and operation,and ecological environmental protection during the widening-excavation of the existing slop in expressway reconstruction and expansion projects,in this paper,the slope widening-excavation works of a hub slope at the south of Shuikou Town of the Yangchun-Xinyi Expressway is studied to conduct a segmented risk assessment based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP).The weights of each risk factor were determined by means of the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),based on which,a multi-level risk assessment index system covering geological conditions,construction methods,construction environment and traffic organization is constructed and a sensitivity analysis of influencing factors during the slope widening-excavation process is conducted.The results indicate that the risk level of sections A-C in the widening-excavation works is classified as Level III,requiring the enhanced control measures,while the risk level of Sections D-H are classified as Level II,which can be controlled through conventional measures.The influence degree of weight values on the calculated value of risk degree is greater than that of index assignments,and weight value variations exhibit higher sensitivity in sections with higher risk levels.The findings of this study can provide a scientific basis for risk management in slope widening-excavation works on operational expressways and offer practical references for risk assessment and construction optimization in similar works.
