摘要
我国许多乡村已成为农文旅融合发展的成功典范,为推动当地“候鸟式养老”产业发展奠定了有利基础。为探究农文旅融合下“候鸟式养老”的高质量发展路径,研究剖析了农文旅融合推动“候鸟式养老”面临的发展障碍,从利益相关者视角探讨农文旅融合下“候鸟式养老”的多元主体角色定位与协同机制。根据研究结论,提出加强跨部门协同管理,促进乡村资源高效利用,创新多元资金投入方式,多主体协作提升养老服务品质,构建多元协同的矛盾化解机制等对策建议,以期进一步推动旅居养老产业的高质量发展。
Many rural areas in China have emerged as successful examples of integrated development of agriculture,culture,and tourism,laying a favorable foundation for promoting the development of the local"migratory bird-style elderly care"industry.To explore the high-quality development path of"migratory bird-style elderly care"under the integration of agriculture,culture,and tourism,this paper analyzes the development obstacles faced by the integration of agriculture,culture,and tourism in promoting"migratory bird-style elderly care",and explores the multiple subject roles and collaborative mechanisms of"migratory bird-style elderly care"under the integration of agriculture,culture,and tourism from the perspective of stakeholders.According to the research conclusion,measures and suggestions are proposed to strengthen cross departmental collaborative management,promote efficient utilization of rural resources,innovate diversified funding investment methods,enhance the quality of elderly care services through multi-party collaboration,and establish a multi-dimensional collaborative conflict resolution mechanism,aiming to further promote the high-quality development of the travel and residence elderly care industry.
