摘要
游客重游意愿关乎旅游目的地高质量可持续发展。文章基于游客网络评论与访谈数据,运用扎根理论和ISM-MICMAC模型,从目的地与游客两个维度系统探究游客重游意愿的影响因素及作用关系。研究表明,游客重游意愿受目的地和游客两大维度14个因素共同影响;目的地的景观类型开发、管理、营销以及旅游经历等是游客重游意愿的深层影响因素,具有高驱动力和低依赖度特征;感知价值、感知风险、目的地形象感知、感知吸引力是游客重游意愿的过渡影响因素,具有高驱动力和高依赖度特征;旅游动机和游客自身限制是游客重游意愿的表层影响因素,但旅游动机为依赖因素而游客自身限制是自治因素。
Tourists'revisit intention is related to the high-quality and sustainable development of tourist destinations.Based on tourists'online comments and interview data,this study explored the influencing factors and relationship regarding tourists'revisit intention from the perspectives of the destination and tourists by the methods of grounded theory analysis and ISM-MICMAC model.The research indicates that,Tourists'revisit intention is influenced by a total of 14 factors across two dimensions:destination and tourist;The development of landscape types,management,marketing,and tourism experiences at the destination are deep-seated influencing factors of tourists'revisit intention,characterized by high driving force and low dependence;The factors of perceived value,perceived risk,destination image perception,perceived attractiveness are transitional influencing factors of tourists'revisit intention,featuring high driving force and high dependence;Tourism motivation and tourists'self-constraints are superficial influencing factors of tourists'revisit intention,with tourism motivation being a dependent factor and tourists'self-constraints being an autonomous factor.
