摘要
随着跨城通勤需求的持续增长,主要交通枢纽客流承载压力不断加大,亟需以四网融合为引领,对现有路网资源实施多层级优化升级,加快构建一体化高效出行服务体系。以京津城际铁路亦庄站为研究对象,通过分析现有列车运行数据和客流特征,针对列车停站覆盖能力不足、联动运力未完全发挥等典型问题,构建了基于多时段协同的轨道交通列车停靠-编组动态耦合优化模型,优化跨城通勤背景下客流分布不均衡、列车停靠比例低等问题。通过设计启发式算法,对天津到北京方向的列车运行图进行优化。结果表明:京津城际铁路需要在早高峰时段采用大编组列车释放线路能力,为亦庄站增加停站创造条件;同时通过量化列车班次停靠数量,均衡北京主要铁路枢纽的客流分布。最后,就加快四网融合与出行一体化、完善票价政策以及实施政府和社会资本合作模式开发旅游资源提出策略建议,以提升亦庄站对客流的吸引力,带动周边区域经济发展,实现整体网络的提质增效。
With the continuous growth of intercity commuting demand,major transportation hubs are facing increasing passenger flow pressure.There is an urgent need for guidance with the integration of four railway networks(mainline railway,intercity railway,urban railway,and subway),implementation of multi-level optimization and upgrading of existing road network resources,and acceleration of the construction of an integrated and efficient travel service system.This paper took Yizhuang Station on the Beijing-Tianjin Intercity Railway,as a case study.By analyzing existing train operation data and passenger flow characteristics,typical issues such as insufficient train stop coverage and underutilized interlinked capacity were identified.A dynamic coupling optimization model for train stops and formation based on multi-time period collaboration was constructed to address issues such as the uneven distribution of passenger flow and the low proportion of train stops in the context of intercity commuting.Through the design of a heuristic algorithm,the train working diagram for the direction from Tianjin to Beijing was optimized.The results show that the Beijing-Tianjin Intercity Railway needs to adopt larger train formations during the morning peak to release line capacity and create conditions for adding stops at Yizhuang Station.Meanwhile,by quantifying the number of train departures,the passenger flow distribution at major railway hubs in Beijing can be balanced.Finally,policy suggestions are put forward,including accelerating the integration of four transportation networks and integrated travel services,improving fare policies,and implementing government and social capital cooperation models to develop tourism resources.These measures aim to enhance the attractiveness of Yizhuang Station to passenger flow,stimulate economic development in the surrounding areas,and achieve overall network quality improvement and efficiency enhancement.
