摘要
军用物资编目系统是支撑现代军事物流与联合作战保障的核心基础设施,其标准化与智能化水平直接影响国防供应链效能。文章通过对比分析美军、北约及我国编目体系的发展现状,指出当前我国军用物资编目系统面临标准化缺失、技术滞后、军民协同不足三大核心问题。针对上述问题,提出“标准-技术-机制”三维度解决方案:通过构建国家统一编目标准、引入智能化动态管控技术、深化军地数据共享机制,实现物资全生命周期可追溯管理。最后,对军用物资编目体系的未来发展方向进行展望。文章兼具政策分析与技术论证价值,对优化装备管理流程、提升联勤保障能力具有现实指导意义。
The military material cataloging system serves as the core infrastructure supporting modern military logistics and joint combat support.Its standardization and intelligence levels directly impact the efficiency of the national defense supply chain.This paper conducts a comparative analysis of the current development status of the cataloging systems of the US military,NATO,and China,highlighting three major issues facing China's military material cataloging system:The lack of standardization,technological lag,and insufficient military-civilian collaboration.To address these issues,a three-dimensional solution approach,encompassing"standards-technology-mechanisms"is proposed.This involves establishing a unified national cataloging standard,introducing intelligent dynamic control technology,and deepening the military-civilian data sharing mechanism to achieve traceable management throughout the entire lifecycle of materials.Finally,this paper provides an outlook on the future development direction of the military material cataloging system.This paper possesses both policy analysis and technical demonstration value,offering practical guidance for optimizing equipment management processes and enhancing joint logistics support capabilities.
