基于Flexsim的电池盖板生产线优化研究

摘要 随着全球环境问题的加剧,中国政府通过一系列政策措施积极推动新能源汽车产业的发展。这不仅为动力锂电池行业的技术创新提供了动力,也为企业创造了良好的市场环境。在这样的背景下,文章着眼于S公司电池盖板生产线平衡率低的问题,深入分析了工序分配不合理及瓶颈工序时间过长等问题。结合精益生产理论,文章制定了相应的优化方案,并通过Flexsim仿真进行验证。对比优化前后的效果,结果显示生产线的平衡率从63.1%提升至73.2%;总生产节拍从60.59分钟优化为50分钟;日均产能从16批次提高到19批次。 As global environmental problems intensify,the Chinese government has actively promoted the development of the new energy vehicle industry through a series of policy measures.This has not only driven technological innovation in the lithium battery industry but also created a favorable market environment for enterprises.Against this backdrop,this paper addresses the issue of low balance rates in the battery cover production line at company S,analyzing problems such as unreasonable process allocation and prolonged bottleneck processes.By integrating lean production theory,an optimization plan was developed and verified using Flexsim simulation.A comparison of pre-and post-optimization results shows that the balance rate of the production line improved from 63.1%to 73.2%,the total production cycle time was reduced from 60.59 minutes to 50 minutes,and the average daily capacity increased from 16 to 19 batches.
